1. Gelang Patah
1.1 Departing from Gelang Patah
Take Grab to Gelang Patah Bus Terminal (Gelang Patah has two bus stops; please ensure your drop-off point is located at:
Queue for the CW4G yellow bus (queue location marked by the red dot in the diagram). Cash/Visa/Mastercard: RM4.50 (Cash users must collect a ticket and retain it until exiting at Singapore MRT Station; lost tickets incur a S$4.50 replacement fee. Visa/Mastercard users note: Swipe only upon boarding and when reboarding at the checkpoint; no swipe required upon alighting).


Board the bus to the Second Link CIQ (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine 2nd Link), follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Malaysia departure formalities (for the first time after stamping, you need to go through the manual channel; subsequent entries can use the self-service clearance system).
After departure, follow the crowd to the end of the platform and queue up, take any yellow bus (show the ticket when using the ticket) to the Second Link Tuas Port (Tuas Link).
Board the bus to the Second Link Tuas Port (Tuas Link), follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Singapore entry formalities (fill out the Singapore electronic entry card 0-3 days in advance; for the first entry, you need to swipe your passport, and subsequent entries and exits through land border checkpoints can use the QR code).
After entry, follow the crowd to the boarding area, take the corresponding direction yellow bus (show the ticket when using the ticket) to the subway station (CW7: Tuas Link Tuas; CW6: Boon Lay Wenli; CW3/4/4S: Jurong East Yuhua), remember the stop location, and board the return trip at the same location (Tip: To go to the airport, it is recommended to take CW7 to Tuas Link Tuas station to board the subway, there are seats; to go to the city center for play, you can go directly to Jurong East, which is more cost-effective).
1.2 Back to Gelang Patah / Mall of Medini
Arrive at the boarding point, CW7 Jurong Gateway: Cash/Visa/Mastercard/Singapore Transit Card Ezlink $4.50; CW6 Wenli: Cash/Visa/Mastercard/Singapore Transit Card Ezlink $5.00; CW3/4 Jurong East: Cash/Visa/Mastercard/Singapore Transit Card Ezlink $5.00 (Cash and Singapore Transit Card users need to collect tickets and keep them until Gelang Patah/Mall of Medini, lost tickets will be charged at S$4.50; Visa/Mastercard users please note: Only swipe cards at the boarding and reboarding gates, no need to swipe at the destination; Singapore Transit Card users please note: There is a staff member with a POS machine to activate the card before boarding, after activation, swipe the card again at the card reader on the bus and collect the ticket).
Take a ride to the second checkpoint Tuas Link, follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Singapore exit formalities (the QR code may be used for the first time exiting, but it is still recommended to use a passport, and the QR code can be used for entry and exit through land checkpoints later).
After departure, follow the crowd to the end of the platform and queue up, take any yellow bus (show the ticket when using the ticket) to the second checkpoint Malaysian border (CIQ 2nd Link).
Take a ride to the second checkpoint Malaysian border (CIQ 2nd Link), follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Malaysia entry formalities (after pasting the stamp, the first entry can be done through the manual or self-service channel, and the self-service clearance system can be used later).
After entry, follow the crowd to the boarding area, take the corresponding direction yellow bus (show the ticket when using the ticket) to the destination (CW4G: Gelang Patah Bus Terminal; CW7L: Mall of Medini).
After disembarking, take a taxi home (The Mall of Medini is closer to Eco Botanic, but the departure time intervals are long and not fixed, it is not recommended to board here for the trip, but it is recommended to disembark here for the return trip).
2. Hijauan Medini
2.1 Departing from Hijauan Medini
Arrive at the boarding point, located downstairs of Building C: Macrolink Station.
Take the CW7P yellow bus (bus times as follows, departure time from the starting station), cash/Visa/Mastercard RM4.54 (cash payment requires ticket collection and retention until disembarking at the Singapore MRT station; lost tickets are settled in Singapore dollars; for Visa/Mastercard, please note: swipe cards only when boarding and reboarding at the checkpoint, no need to swipe cards when disembarking).


- Board the bus to the second checkpoint Malaysian Customs, Incursion (CIQ 2nd Link), follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Malaysian departure formalities (for the first time to exit after affixing the stamp, you need to go through the manual channel, subsequent use of the self-service customs clearance system).
After departure, follow the crowd to the end of the platform and queue up, take any yellow bus (show the ticket when using the ticket) to the second checkpoint Singaporean Customs (Tuas Link).
Board the bus to the second checkpoint Singaporean Customs (Tuas Link), follow the crowd to disembark and complete the Singaporean entry formalities (fill out the Singaporean electronic entry card 0-3 days in advance; for the first time to enter, swipe the passport, subsequent entry and exit through land border checkpoints can use the QR code).
